Sometime over the next couple of weeks we've been asked to attend what's called a TDM meeting, or "Team Decision Making" meeting, due to our recent communication to our social workers that we are not interested in seeing this process through to the transition back to bio-mom. Apparently the TDM meeting is to address the changes in care which could take place, but mostly to persuade us to continue as caregivers through the transition. The meeting will include ourselves, our Olive Crest social worker, the children's county social worker, and the bio-mother.

Debbie is looking forward to the meeting. I, on the other hand, am really not. Though it will create the opportunity to be open and honest about our feelings regarding this whole process to everyone.
